What are the return conditions?

*The return period is 14 days from the date the product is delivered. You can return it unconditionally within this period.

Underwear, hats and socks are not returned. Used, worn, washed or damaged products are not subject to return.

How can I return the products I purchased?

In order to return your products, it will be sufficient to contact us through our channels and create a return record and deliver it to the nearest Fedex cargo branch with the return code you received from us.

When you return a product, after receiving approval from the product inspection, your money will be refunded by adhering to your payment method.

Do I pay the shipping fee in return transactions?

You can send the products you want to return to us free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo with the return code you received from us. If you have paid a delivery fee when creating your order, the shipping fee will not be included in your total refund since this fee is paid to the contracted cargo.

When will the refund of the product I returned/canceled be made?

Once the returned product reaches us and is checked, the refund process will be initiated within 1 business day. Depending on your bank, the refund will be completed within 2-5 business days.
